Services coming soon

As the summer comes to an end, a few new services here at Career & Life Direction will soon begin. Articles and information published on a website can provide encouragement and support and inspiration. But more is required. And so, a shift is slowly taking place.

Here is what you can expect to hear about in the coming months:

Career planning:  First of all, you will soon be offered access to a well-established online career-planning tool through this website. For a small fee, you will be able to use this excellent resource as often as you like from the comfort of your own home or wherever your wireless service happens to be. This service can help you understand your personality, your interests, and your values. It can help you understand and appreciate the people around you. It can guide you through the entire career-planning process.

Personal consulting:  Second, if you work through this quality career-planning resource and would like to talk about your particular situation, I am going to be making myself available. As it turns out, I am presently getting the training that is required in order to do just that. With your permission, I will be able to view your assessments and read what you have written online. We could then talk for an hour or so (on the phone, via skype, etc.) about where you are at in your life, where you would like to be, and how you are going to get there. More details to come.

Public speaking:  Would you like to encourage young people in your church or school or community to start thinking seriously about their career and life direction? Are you interested in knowing more about a Christian worldview, how it relates to personal direction, and why it is important in many other areas of life? Send me an email. For in the not-too-distant-future I am planning to take the Career & Life Direction show on the road. This is to say that I am a speaker as well as a writer, or at least that I try to be a bit of both. This service could help important people in your life move ahead in theirs.
